LONDON - Sacha Baron Cohen has left a US politician fuming after trying to trick him into his “bedroom” for a seduction scene on camera.

Texan congressman Ron Paul revealed he had was scheduled for an interview about European finances.

But when the senior Republican arrived, he was taken into a dark room where the actor tried to lure him in a skimpy leather outfit.

The former presidential candidate branded the 37-year-old a “fraud” following the incident.

“I was expecting an interview on Austrian economics. By the time he started pulling his pants down, I was like: ‘What on earth is going on here?’ and I ran out of the room,” the Daily Star quoted him as saying.

Cohen’s also mocked Madonna’s bid to adopt an African baby in his new movie Bruno: Delicious Journeys Through America For The Purpose Of Making Heterosexual Male.

He was later reported to have apologised to the Queen of Pop with a bouquet of flowers to say ‘No hard feelings’. (ANI)
